Privacy policy

What this app collects.

Angel Numbers (com.angelnumbers.dictionary) · Effective 28 August 2026

This app has no account, no sign-in and no server of its own. The dictionary is bundled inside the app and read from your device, so browsing and searching work with no connection.

What stays on your device

Your favorites, your recently viewed list and your settings are stored in a private database and a private preferences file on your device. They are never uploaded, and they are removed when you uninstall the app. You can turn the recently viewed list off, or clear either list, in Settings.

What is collected

Anonymous usage data, through Google Analytics for Firebase, so it is possible to see which numbers people look up and which parts of the app are used. That means:

  • events such as opening a number, running a search, saving a favorite, sharing and changing the theme;
  • the standard information that service records: device model, app version, Android version, and an approximate region derived from your connection.

What is never collected

  • Your name, email or any account. The app has none.
  • An advertising identifier. That permission is explicitly removed from the app.
  • Your precise location. The app makes no location request and holds no location permission.
  • Anything you type. A search reports the number it resolved to. If you searched words rather than digits, only the fact that it was a word search is recorded, never the words themselves.

Turning it off

Settings, then Data, then Share anonymous usage data. Switching it off stops collection in the analytics library itself, rather than merely hiding it, and discards the anonymous identifier it had generated.

Sharing

Choosing Share hands the text you are looking at to whichever app you pick, and only when you start it. What that app does with it is covered by its own privacy policy, not this one.

Who processes the data

Usage data collected through Google Analytics for Firebase is processed by Google under its own privacy policy, at policies.google.com/privacy. It is not sold, and it is not shared with any other third party.

Children

The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If what the app collects changes, this page changes with it, and the effective date above is updated. The same text is available inside the app under Settings, then Privacy.
